Mattamy Homes achieves FGBC Silver certification for Newfield Land Development

Congratulations to Mattamy Homes and the entire Newfield team on achieving FGBC Silver certification for Newfield Land Development!

Located in Martin County, Newfield demonstrates how thoughtful planning can bring community growth and environmental stewardship together. With approximately 70% of the property preserved as natural land, a 170-acre community farm, green infrastructure, walkable mixed-use neighborhoods, and more than 1,000 acres of conserved land, sustainability is integrated throughout the community’s design.

With this achievement, RunBrook is also proud to be one of the few firms to have successfully supported certified projects across all five FGBC project types reflecting the full scope of our experience with Florida-focused green building and development.
