Crandon Park Ocean Rescue Facility
New ocean rescue headquarters located at Crandon Park
Currently under construction, the Crandon Park Ocean Rescue Facility is a new, approximately 7,000-square-foot, single-story Ocean Rescue Headquarters located within the North Beach parking lot at Crandon Park. Once complete, the facility will provide permanent ocean rescue services for the Crandon Beach area.
The new facility will include administrative offices, public restrooms, meeting rooms, and equipment storage, supporting the operational needs of Miami-Dade Fire Rescue and the safety of beach visitors.
For this project, RunBrook is supporting the construction scope of LEED BD+C, helping the project team meet LEED construction-phase requirements. Our role includes reviewing project submittals, conducting erosion and sediment control inspections, and supporting construction documentation needed for the LEED process.
